It says three rubles on the first and some other stuff in Russian I don't understand on the second.

In Russian I read without a dictionary.))) What is written in Japanese on the print (stamp)?

All I can make out is "Shimada Mototarou company" 島田元太郎 (?)商会 on the round seal (outer circle).

Here's an autograph I've found suggesting it is Moto, rather than Gen:

Good luck with the rest of it!

UPD: Here's a (marginally) better resolution version of the seal.

So, in the middle it says 廛(?)主印章, i.e. "shop owner's seal". Not sure about the first kanji; I'm just guessing it's 廛, which is an old form of 店, "shop".
